• High resistance to bolting
  
• Spicy flavour
• Recommended to plant in the spring
• Later summer or early Autumn the leaves will die back, ready for harvest
• Bend the leaves to one side, and a few days later remove the shallots from the soil and leave them on the soil to ripen. Once dry, remove loose skins and roots and store in a cool, dry place.
