Excellent machine. No excess packaging. Assembly is fairly straightforward - took my time to ensure all done correctly. Very pleased with the machines' performance - it really is like a knife through butter!
It's Stihl, so you know it's quality and it's worth paying a bit extra for that. The saw is light and easy to use, cuts very well through logs and small tree trunks and branches, ideal light garden use, logging or more professional lopping. The battery has a very good run time - I've not run it flat yet. Good safety features. The only down side is that it really is a fiddle to assemble and the instructions are not that helpful, it may be as well to be familiar with chainsaws before assembling. The chain was also tangled, which was a real Gordian Knot to detangle. But now its done, I'm more than happy. I hope it lasts longer than one or two other makes I've had.
Great product, nice and quiet and using this is like cutting through butter. Got loads of logs cut.
The order arrived really swiftly and the emails detailing progress were accurate. The emailing of invoices and receipt were also efficiently emailed and timely.The packaging was really sound and strong and the tool is as one would expect from Stihl excellent. The task of filling the wood store for the woodburner for winter is now underway!

Excellent but I was unaware that I had to put together the saw. This should have been made clearer.
