Excellent service
Absolutely great, slim and light does the job brilliantly. Great product
Made in China; quality control poor. The saw made one cut and the sprocket cover flew off, the locking nut nowhere to be seen. Turns out 1 (yes just one) link did not fit into the chain guide and set up a vibration causing the nut, sprocket cover and chain to come off.
To be fair, this is not the first time a Chinese chainsaw has done something similar; that time the chain bar at the sprockets was too tight, and the disintegration was more rapid and spectacular.
Not worth the cost and time wasted sending the chain back, just bought new one's.
Good little saw for little money great for little jobs around the garden. Great service from Sam turners as always and fast delivery.
