Excellent bit of kit
Great product and excellent swift service from Sam Turner & Sons
Firstly, I'd like to recommend Sam Turner & Sons for the excellent service, the order was placed and the brushcutter arrived a day later. The machine itself is what you'd expect from Stihl's battery powered range. I have a chainsaw and hedgetrimmer already so the brushcutter completes what I need for day to day maintenance of my large garden. Its quite hungry compared to the hedgetrimmer as the kind of work it does tends to be more continuous in operation but nevertheless is a good addition to my toolkit and with my two batteries it goes on quite well while one is recharging. Its pretty quiet in operation so living as I do with neighbours close by, it does the job with very little disturbance to the quiet of the countryside around me.

Very light and easy to use for long periods. Not needing ear defenders is a big plus. I found it coped with most stuff well, but I still keep a big 2 stroke machine for the heavy duty stuff. My AK20 battery lasted aroud 25-30 minutes of constant use.
