Litterally zero customer service

Ordered the post auger, paid for next day delivery. Sam Turner dispatched the item on Tuesday and DPD confirmed they had it. Wasn't delivered next day so I contacted Sam Turner requesting a refund on the next day delivery. No response from them 2 weeks later. Won't be orderering from here again.
