Mitoz 26U Brush cutter and strimmer

Great machine for cutting the grass however a real problem for starting. Not sure if there are any tips out there. Starts with choke on then dies before you can get to the throttle. Starts on no choke but again dies. When it does manage to get going, the moment you accelerate it dies; then once it does start it is a minute with smalls revs before it manages to get to full speed and stay ticking over. Any tips? Is this common to my new Mitox or should I send it back and get another one?
