I had Joules flip flops before, however I found the top coating on these slippery and the straps slightly too big for my standard size 5 feet. Since I could not walk with them on, I decided to return them. The advisor I called for confirmation explained I would have to pay for postage, ending up with an approximate refund of £6 only, having paid around £16 initially... I chose to give them to a friend instead. I will only buy from Joules directly in the future and sadly never again from this business.
