Note: In March 2014, the design of the 250 x 40 backplate changed. For trailers manufactured before March 2014 with 250 x 40 Knott backplates, a replacement axle weld assembly is no longer available, which suits that design of backplate. Should you require a replacement axle weld assembly, you will need to order a new ‘complete axle assembly’ which will be supplied with the new style backplates fitted (and hub).
