IAE Double Sided Cattle Trough 2440mm Feeding Trough

Details and Farmyard Benefits of the IAE 2440mm Cattle Trough

• Hot-Dip Galvanised Finish: Built to withstand corrosive silage acids, damp bedding, and harsh British weather, protecting against rust for dependable year-round service.
• Generous Double-Sided Access: Allows stock to feed from either side across the full 2440mm length, improving animal throughput and keeping timid cattle settled during group feeding.
• Deep Trough Pan Design: Features high rolled edges to retain dry meal, total mixed rations, and chopped silage, significantly cutting down on costly feed spillage onto the yard floor.
• Heavy-Duty Tubular Support Base: Provides exceptional stability on concrete aprons or hard standing, preventing determined bullocks from tipping or shifting the unit.
• Smooth Internal Contours: Designed without tight crevices or sharp weld points, making sweeping and power-washing simple to maintain daily herd hygiene.
• Comfortable Feeding Height: Sits at an optimum level for growing cattle and mature suckler cows, promoting natural head posture and reducing neck strain while feeding.
