IAE Crusader Plus Cattle Crush Livestock Handling System

Details and Farmyard Benefits of the IAE Crusader Plus

• Adjustable Squeeze Sides: Restricts animal movement gently by narrowing the internal width, preventing cattle from turning or lunging and keeping them settled during veterinary tasks.
• Variable Lock Manual Yoke: Automatically secures animals of varying neck sizes on entry, removing the need for pre-adjusting stops between heifers, bullocks, and cows.
• Split Flank Access Doors: Features hinged upper and lower panels on both sides, allowing straightforward access for suckling, caesarean procedures, and routine injections without sacrificing overall restraint.
• Acoustic Rubber Dampeners: Fitted with sound-deadening points across moving metal latches, significantly reducing clatter to minimise animal stress and baulking in the handling race.
• Treadplate Steel Flooring: Provides sure-footed grip in wet conditions, preventing slips and helping livestock step inside with steady confidence.
• Hot-Dip Galvanised British Steel: Built from thick-walled box and tubular steel sections, delivering complete protection against harsh weather, heavy impacts, and muck corrosion.
• Rear Sliding Gate Compatible: Configured for rapid integration with drafting systems, weighing platforms, and head scoops, giving you a tailored setup for your farm building.
