Husqvarna 18" C85 X-Cut Chisel 3/8" 1.5mm

Very happy with service, quick delivery and customer service.

Well I’m not one to write reviews but on this occasion, I’ve got to.

Made an online transaction a couple of weeks ago, not a massive amount, £120 approximately. The order arrived in super quick time, and everything appeared satisfactory.

When it came to using one of the items a this week, I opened it but unfortunately I was sent the wrong size chain for my chainsaw.

So I contacted customer services, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I explained the situation and that due to my needing the chainsaw straightaway, due to Sam Turner & Son’s’ mistake I had to purchase a larger chainsaw bar for my Husqvarna. The customer service operator, after listening to my explanation and the fact that I had to pay for a new bar to fit my 18 inch Husqvarna chainsaw said “well what do you want us to do”, not “I’m sorry that we made a mistake with your order sir. How would you like us to sort this out”, it was basically an attitude of well you’ve got a bigger bar now so everything’s tickety-boo, what do you want us to do about it. I explained to the operator that I expected a more courteous manner and even perhaps an apology for sending the wrong items but this didn’t occur and the attitude continued with “what can we do now?”

A very arrogant attitude from a person sat on his arse taking calls from people whose company they represent. Expected better from the customer service department because the company itself appears to be a very good one with fantastic delivery and competitive prices et cetera, but the attitude of the customer service department is shocking to say the least.

I won’t be using the company again.
