Good and robust

The whole experience of buying this very expensive brush from Turners has exhausted and exasperated me.

The brush is a very good and can be considered as excellent. It does every thing I expected of a quality item.

The handle - where can I start.

I believe the handle is not supplied by Hillbrush.

The handle cost £1.99 the Acme No 1 thread is not standard size and does not fit the brush, the handle is supplied in varnished. The brush head is varnished.
To make the brush an efficient piece of household equipment I have had to fit a black plastic handle from another supplier ( probably of Chines origin).

This had taken away from the pleasure of buying a really nice brush head.

I advised you of this defect.

You supplied another poor quality unvarnished handle

I now have a beautifully varnished soft brush head that sweeps wonderfully attached an old plastic handle.

For just over £40.00 for a
Nice brush i am without words.

Further more I am so disappointed that I will be taking up this issue with HMK and the appointments committee to have this brush removed from bearing “by appointment to “

I complained and you sent another handle

I asked you before sending the handle to test in a brush head.

The supplied handle did not fit.

I will be happy to withdraw my remarks when I receive a suitable varnished handle that properly fits the brush head.
