With three fully adjustable legs, this is the most versatile Tripod ladder in the Hendon range.

Hendon Three Leg Adjustable Tripod Ladder offers the same stable performance as the standard Hendon Tripod ladder (GMF), but with further opportunities available thanks to its adaptability. Providing a secure footing even on slopes and uneven ground, the adjustability of the legs means you can work safely on different levels, such as steps.

The telescopic rear third leg is adjustable in 150mm stages, while the front two legs can be independently adjusted in 50mm steps with spring loading pins – so even at quite extreme angles on steep slopes, you’re afforded a stable, safe, comfortable work position.

Like the standard Tripod ladder, it has been manufactured from welded aluminium alloy extrusions, making it lightweight yet strong, with a Safe Working Load of 150kg (330lb).

Excellent - should have bought it years ago!

I can now get to my hedges - even awkward ones. Also good for gutters on 1 storey buildings.

tripod ladders

Third set I have bought, all different heights, couldn't do without them. I was cutting down laurel tree on sloping and very uneven ground. perfect. If I had one tiny criticism the rungs, even though two on each step could be improved to make long stints more comfortable.

Beware!

The ladder looks as described but all the safety labels say you should not use the top 3 steps indeed there is a large label saying do not stand above this step. In practice it means that the 6ft ladder I purchased is only useable to just over 3 ft 6. Disappointing.
