Still happy with the wellies, still wearing them every other day. I bought some lakeland ankle wellies on Ebay, I don't like wearing the same boots everyday, no time to dry out. I've been looking after the grub wellies pretty well, bought welly protective spray and cleaned them often. Found a small split in the top of the wellies, just filled it with clear silicone, hopefully see me through this winter. I would still buy again.
Bought them because they "looked" spot on for what i needed. When they came i tried them on and every time I step in them they make a really annoying noise as I walk. Not very happy with them at all. Ended up ordering some barbour ones which were perfect. Would have tried to send them back but I changed the insoles to try and rectify the issue. And this didn't work. I wouldn't recommend.
I'm a groundsman at a local school & I was fed up having wet feet marking out the pitches( trainers not waterproof or Steel-toe cap boots made from leather). The grass is very dewy this time of year. Anyway, they are comfy, more so than full length wellies. Lets see if they last a couple of years of constant wear.???
I’ve always purchased these wellies as I’ve found they last longer than any of the others I’ve worn in the past. I work outdoors and wear these boots everyday. They are very comfortable and the aching in my hips and legs have stopped. I clean and oil them every now and again and this prolongs the life of the boots. Always a winner
Well and truely tested the boots , only complaint is they are are a bit warm . Sam and Turner did a great job of delivering them in a timely manner .
