Set up fast, reliable temporary paddocks and strip grazing lines across your farm.
Engineered with a robust galvanised spring steel shaft, these 1-metre posts provide dependable strength and flexibility for rotational livestock management. They are a great choice if you are looking for hard-wearing, lightweight fencing stakes that remain stable in tough pasture ground while protecting your polywire from shorting.
Details and Benefits of the Gallagher Pigtail Posts
- Spring Steel Shaft: Built from high-tensile galvanised spring steel, allowing the post to flex under stock pressure and return to upright form without permanent bending.
- Sealed Pigtail Insulator: Features an integrated UV-stabilised plastic eyelet, preventing current leakage to ground and allowing smooth unrolling of polywire, tape, or cord.
- Sturdy Welded Footplate: Designed with an angled, crimped footstep that lets you push the post firmly into compacted earth or dry pasture using your boot sole, ensuring swift installation without tools.
- Corrosion-Resistant Finish: Galvanised coating shields against continuous ground moisture, seasonal rain, and rust, delivering season after season of reliable field service.
- Pack of Ten Value: Supplied in a practical 10-piece bundle, giving you ample posts to establish grazing divisions, protect boundary hedges, or section off wet pasture.
