Bring an exciting splash of colour and a satisfying crunch to your homegrown culinary dishes.

A premium F1 hybrid mixture belonging to the nutritious Brassica family, specially bred for outstanding uniformity, rapid growth, and superior flavor. Producing a beautiful assortment of vibrant leaves and crisp, thick stems, this versatile greens mix is exceptionally easy to cultivate in garden beds, raised vegetable plots, or patio containers.

Details:

  • Botanical Name: Brassica rapa chinensis, a fast-growing and high-yielding F1 hybrid pak choi blend.
  • Vibrant Mixed Colourway: Features a visually striking selection of multi-coloured leaves and stems that instantly elevate the presentation of homegrown meals.
  • Exceptional Taste & Texture: Delivers a delicious, mild, and refreshing peppery undertone perfectly balanced by thick, incredibly juicy, and crunchy stalks.
  • Zero-Waste Culinary Versatility: The entire plant can be enjoyed with absolutely no waste; harvest young as a tender "cut-and-come-again" salad leaf, or leave them to mature into tight, full-sized heads.
  • Gourmet Cooking Asset: The ideal kitchen garden crop for tossing into high-heat stir-fries, steaming as a side dish, or wilting effortlessly into hot rice and noodle bowls.
  • Container Friendly: Grows with a neat, compact, and upright habit that fits perfectly into small kitchen gardens, raised allotment beds, or close-packed patio planters.

Care Instructions:

  • Sow seeds directly outdoors in shallow drills 1cm deep into finely prepared, fertile, and well-drained soil from spring through to late summer.
  • For baby salad leaves, sow the seeds thinly and harvest continuously; for mature, crunchy heads, thin the emerging young seedlings to roughly 20cm apart.
  • Water the crop consistently and regularly during warm summer spells, as maintaining constant soil moisture prevents the plants from bolting and keeps the stems tender and crisp.
