The PRO XL model features a Briggs & Stratton 875 PRO Series engine. The frame is mounted with extra high 16in wheels for easier manoeuvring. The PRO XL cuts a 22in swath, has 5 adjustable mowing heights (1.5in to 3.5in), ergonomic handlebars for stress free mowing and this specification features the additional electric start feature. An offset frame design allows the PRO to trim right up against foundations, fence lines and other obstacles with precise control. The front is fortified with a cast aluminium nose plate that protects the machine against damage from collisions.

Safe Clutching PTO - The trimmer head only begins turning when you engage the controls on the handlebars. When you release the controls the chord quickly stops spinning while the engine continues to run.

Sturdy All-Steel Frame - The mainframes on all DR Trimmer mowers are made from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel which is incredibly strong and powder coated to resist rust and corrosion.
