Bought one of these June 2025, easy to assemble and started fairly easily. Started all 2025 with no problems. I only use 5% petrol. I have it covered and start it approx once a month over winter. It has started 4x times so far over winter and starts after approx 15-20 pulls. NOTE : this machine has no throttle, it is called an easy start. On the deck it has a foot mark to steady the machine AT THE FRONT! while you pull start the engine at the BACK. This would be fine for a three legged man with 6 foot legs and 3 foot arms but is pretty silly for the normal person. Howsoever after some trial/error I prepare the start posture as suits me and it has started for me ok up to now. It does cut the grass easily and rather quicker than a wheeled unit, sweeping across, and back and forth easily. I also leave the wheel carriage on while mowing, and it still "floats" over the grass. All in all seems a good unit.
I have bought some stuff from Sam Turner before (17years ago I bought a lawn tractor, still going) and I have found their after repair/guarantee and and help guidance for diy repair and fix is quite good.
