Carters themselves sent me a replacement, top blokes didn’t even haggle or try to worm out of it.

Don’t even bother with this axe; the head started falling apart before even cutting 10 pieces of pathetic sized wood.
Wasn’t even assembled properly and shaft cracking and chipping everywhere.
Waste of money, buy American instead. Don’t buy from Sam turner either because it’s not actually in stock, they order these so called axes in.
