Billy Goat PR550 Power Rake or Scarifier is designed to efficiently remove matted thatch with a rugged design to cope with demanding use. Features include a 20” cutting width and because the rotation is down sweep, the flails propel the PR forward, making it self-propelled.

Further features include a lightweight design with steel guards, heavier wheels, premium bearings, and a 10-gauge steel engine base. The scarifier absorbs most vibration before it makes its way to the handle for improved levels of comfort.

The Billy Goat Power Rake also comes with a Honda 162cc engine, power coupled to a free swinging, heat treated, tempered flail blade reel, mounted to heavy-duty cast iron pillow block bearings with grease zerks. You can also use additional accessories to turn the PR550H into an overseeder or vertislicer.
