Barbour Essential Lambswool Half Zip Jumper

As I told you before (and got no answer) my partner can't wear the jumper because it has a kind of security chip, which can't be removed without a special tool. My partner is disabled and can't leave the house. I live in Germany and can't help him. I asked you for help a werk ago and got no answer. We would appreciate to get help from you.
