I bought the jacket as a Christmas present for my husband. Order placed in October 2025, but of course, he didn't see the jacket until Christmas Day. He tried it on, and unfortunately it's a bit small, so come Jan, I contacted Sam Turner to see if they could exchange for a larger size. At first, they said this was not a problem, but when I tried to initiate the returns process through the portal, I received a message saying I was outside the Christmas returns window which only applied for items bought between 1st November and 25th December. I went back to Sam Turner who have said there is nothing I can do. They 'have a policy and have to stick to it'. Needless to say, this has not been the 'stress free Christmas shopping experience' I had hoped for, and I feel like crying. £185 is an awful lot of money and I'm not really sure where to go from here.
