Fantastic service. Original order arrived in one day but I ordered a 44 in error instead of a 42. That wouldn't have been a problem most of the time, either size would have been OK, but Barbour are a generous size so I had to change it. No problem at all, the retailer exchanged the item at no cost and I got the replacement within a few days. Great price, great jacket, very happy and will buy again from this retailer.
