Very poor delivery service despite making every effort to intercept on 2 out of the 3 occasions, I even went to the house where the first delivery was made( picture taken) , I even waited for 30 mins, but gave up due to snow on the ground. Options that were given did not cover my requirements.
As from your company’s efficiency that was excellent
