Alexander Rose hardwood parasols feature a classic pulley and locking pin system for smooth, secure operation.
Simply pull the rope to raise the canopy to your preferred height, then insert the brass pin into one of the three settings to lock it in place. To lower, remove the pin and gently release the rope until the canopy folds closed.

Care & maintenance:
- To clean your parasol Alexander Rose recommend using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water, the canopy can be kept on the frame whilst doing this.
- For more stubborn stains the canopy can be removed and washed at 30°.
- Once washed it is important to put the canopy back on the frame to dry fully.
- Once dried, spray with Fabric Shield which will add a protective layer, helping repel water and prevent staining.
- The canopy fabric is made from Polyester.
- Alexander Rose recommends sunshades are covered or stored in a dry environment throughout the winter months.
