I've found this to be a great product, first purchased with some Alexander Rose furniture 5 years ago, but since then used on a variety of woods. Given that it's water-based I've found it much quicker to use diluted 50:50 with water and applied carefully with a brush, rather than applying neat with a cloth as per the instructions. Unfortunately the children-proof cap on. the bottle I've just bought was faulty and broke on first opening, so I'll need to find a way of sealing the bottle effectively so it keeps fresh for next year.
