Strata Ecomax Compost Bin 220L

We have used sammies for years,but i am so disappointed with the attitude and service when items are presented for repair.I bought a stihl hedge cutter last october,my old one being too heavy to used. Using it last weekend it stopped and i was unable to restart it.Now i know any machine can go wrong but the answer when I took it in for repair was we will accept it if it is on warranty,but if not we cannot accept it.What sort of a attitude is that I will certainly think twice about buying tools again from sammies if you cannot get them repaired when needed.Still waiting for my hedge cutter to be returned and not sure when it will be,was told when I left it it may be some time. The answer will be i am sure that we are busy .Perhaps we need more staff to do the repairs rather than just tell customers that we are not taking repairs in unless it is warranty,or if not we are not doing it.A VERY POOR SERVICE FROM SAMMIES,never ever thought i would say it.
