I bought this sthil grass cutter as a replacement for my sthil strimmer in areas that could course damage or injury , as i had already smashed 2 windows this season . it cuts very well and does not fling stones , the only downside is that the head is not adjustable so as i am over 6 foot tall i have to bend to get the cutter head level to the grass , so after a while i am in pain .

Perfect for the job and was easy to aTracy and a comfortable weight.

I find I use it more and more because there is very little risk of flying debris it’s safer to use. Edges lawns very quickly and works great in gravel. Bit expensive but it’s a massive time saver so worth every penny

Fantastic piece of kit....takes away the risk of damaging windows etc using a conventional strimmer....leaves a lovely cut around the edges of the lawn....don't use it to dig down into soil as your blades will quickly blunt..
