All orders are billed in Pounds Sterling.
For avoidance of doubt, the advertisements appearing in this site constitute an invitation to treat. If you wish to purchase goods from us you should order by adding the item to your cart and completing billing and shipping details as prompted at this site. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or that we are guaranteeing supply. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). On placing your order payment may be automatically taken from you, however, this will not be processed until the contract is formed. The contract is formed by sending (and not the receipt) of the dispatch confirmation and these terms will not be affected by any typographical error on the part of the customer or the failure to provide a valid email address. If your order is not accepted we will cancel your order and refund any payment via the original payment method, or by cheque at our discretion. We reserve the right for some prices to differ to our in-store prices due to online promotions or postage and packaging costs.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of those which have already been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a products correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Delivery charges will be applied during Check Out. Payment cannot be made via cheque or cash only by credit or debit card.

There are also some items that we sell which require a specialist delivery service due to weight and volume. For large items such as these we have a delivery surcharge that is applicable during checkout, this ensures that your order gets to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

All orders are subject to product availability and limited stock. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail and will have the option to either wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.
We will verify your payment information with your card issuer before your order is dispatched. Failure to provide correct billing information or correct card security information will delay your order. Please ensure the billing address provided is the address registered with your card issuer. The card security code from the back of your card is required with all orders; this is the group of three digits printed on the reverse of the card. All orders are subject to satisfactory security checking.
Generally we allow goods to be delivered 48 hours in Mainland UK but typically within 24 hours from the date of dispatch. For larger products please allow up to 7 days or more. Any delivery times cannot be guaranteed! Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday (subject to product availability and any delays caused by weather and peak or holiday periods) - deliveries may take longer for the more remote Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands. Please note we do not dispatch orders on Public holidays or weekends.
Deliveries are made by courier and will require signature upon receipt as proof of delivery, so if it is likely that nobody will be at your delivery address to accept the goods, please consider delivering to your works address. You can specify additional delivery instructions in the comments box. However if you choose to have the parcel left without your signature it is entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur.
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
All goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. When trying on goods that may be returned please take care. Once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit. When returning any item to us please quote your original order number in the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item to us, unfortunately we are also unable to refund your original shipping cost. Exchanges will be generated and despatched to the same UK delivery address with no additional postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. You can contact us in writing, via email or telephone. (During the Festive season items bought in December will be allowed exchanges until the 17th of January)

You MUST check goods before signing for them and record on the carriers manifest if there is any damage. Please note failure to record any damage at the time of signing for it will result in subsequent claims for damaged goods being refused. Once signed this is accepted as Proof of Delivery, confirming all goods have arrived safely with no damages.
Claims of damage or pilferage must be notified in writing both in the couriers manifest and to the company within 3 days of delivery. Claims cannot be accepted outside these time limits. Packaging must be retained for investigation.
Claims for non delivery must be made within 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation.
All dealings between you and this shop will be governed by the laws of England and Wales in the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.
We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. We will make it our priority to deal with any complaints via email, telephone or letter. Sam Turner & Sons is a family business and have very high standards and will do their best to maintain it.
